An Atlas of Ancient Maps in China came off the press in three volumes in chronological order. This volume contains maps made between the Warring States Period (475-221 BC) and the Yuan Dynasty (1280-1368); the second volume includes maps drawn in the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644); and the third volume deals with maps of the early and middle Qing Dynasty (1644-1840). This volume covers a total of 205 maps falling into 60 categories, with 17 maps in two categories of the Warring States Period.
